## About the Role

5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Absence in an analyst or lead role

Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing

Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with additional Workday modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, etc.)
 * Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
 * Prior Workday certification
 * Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations

## Description

* How many years of hands-on experience do you have with Workday Absence?
 * Have you configured Workday Absence Management rather than only supporting end users?
 * Do you have experience with Core HCM Workday?
 * Have you worked with Workday integrations?
 * Have you supported Workday in a large enterprise environment (5,000+ employees)?, * This position will be on the Absence Workday product team.
 * This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release.
 * Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
 * Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at the Price Road address in Chandler.
