Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in large enterprise, consulting, technology, or data center environments. * Experience supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance initiatives. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide cybersecurity and regulatory compliance program focused on NIS2 and DORA. This role will drive cross-functional initiatives that strengthen cyber resilience, governance, and operational readiness across global teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading large-scale cybersecurity or GRC programs, managing multiple workstreams, and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver complex regulatory initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity compliance programs aligned with NIS2 and DORA requirements. * Coordinate cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Business Continuity, Data Governance, and Operations. * Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables remain on track. * Establish program governance, including RACI matrices, decision frameworks, and escalation processes. * Maintain program artifacts such as RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and integrated project plans. * Identify risks, gaps, and interdependencies while driving mitigation strategies. * Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership. * Support audit readiness and enterprise cybersecurity maturity initiatives. * Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and consulting partners throughout the program lifecycle., The Senior Business Development Manager works to develop new and potential accounts within a defined territory for ABM which includes Technical Solutions.
