The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise software architecture, API design, cloud platforms, and modern web security, with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Experience: 8+ years of professional full stack and backend software development experience. Backend Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience in at least one core backend language (e.g., C#/.NET, Java, or Node.js/TypeScript). Frontend Knowledge: Experience with modern frontend frameworks (ideally React or Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. API & Database Design: Extensive experience designing, securing, and consuming RESTful APIs, alongside solid knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Enterprise Security: Solid understanding of secure coding practices, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, SAML, and directory integrations (e.g., Active Directory). Accessibility: Strong understanding of and experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
