The right candidate will balance technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills and will help our studio produce consistently accurate, coordinated, and high-quality work., 10+ years of BIM experience within an architecture or interior design firm. Several years of experience in a BIM leadership, management, or firm-wide standards role. Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Proven experience developing and managing BIM standards, templates, families, and content libraries. Strong experience leading QA/QC reviews for models and construction-document sets. Thorough understanding of architectural and interior design documentation, detailing, consultant coordination, and project delivery. Experience working on multifamily, hospitality, workplace, and/or residential projects, with a strong understanding of interior-focused workflows. Experience with Monograph or a comparable architecture-focused project management and resource-planning platform. Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and emerging technology used within architecture and design practices. Ability to translate technology into practical workflows that can be easily adopted by a small, collaborative team. Strong leadership, communication, training, and mentoring skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, organized, solutions-oriented approach. Ability to give constructive feedback, establish accountability, and work collaboratively with different personalities and experience levels. We believe close collaboration is essential to our culture and to the quality of our work. ## Description Lead, develop, and maintain firm-wide BIM standards, workflows, and best practices. Oversee quality assurance and quality control across all projects. Review Revit models, drawing sets, and construction documents for accuracy, consistency, coordination, and completeness. Conduct regular model audits and identify opportunities to reduce errors, rework, and inefficiencies. Develop and maintain Revit templates, families, standards, details, and content libraries. Support interior design documentation, including plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules, millwork, FF&E coordination, and construction details. Coordinate BIM workflows with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and base-building teams. Establish and manage BIM execution plans and project-specific documentation standards. Provide hands-on technical support to project teams and assist directly on projects when needed. Train, mentor, and guide team members in Revit, BIM standards, documentation, and quality-control procedures. Partner with firm leadership and project managers to improve project delivery, scheduling, staffing, and resource planning using Monograph. Help maintain accurate project data, budgets, staffing plans, and workflow visibility within Monograph. Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and automation that improve documentation, project management, quality control, and team productivity. Create practical guidelines for the responsible use of AI within the firm. Evaluate new software, technology, and digital workflows and recommend tools that support the firm's goals. Foster adoption of new systems by clearly communicating their value and building trust across the studio., The Director of BIM & Technology will be an approachable and trusted studio leader who works well with others, communicates clearly, and helps the team succeed. This person should be comfortable setting expectations, giving guidance, encouraging accountability, and building enthusiasm around new standards and processes.
