## Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (English/Spanish) to support employees and customer operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment., * Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse employees and customer leadership

 * Support employees on the warehouse floor and maintain a visible onsite presence
 * Manage attendance, call-offs, and employee communication
 * Conduct employee coaching and performance discussions
 * Assist with onboarding, orientations, and new hire support
 * Address employee questions and concerns professionally and promptly
 * Partner with warehouse leadership to support staffing and operational goals
 * Help drive productivity, accountability, safety, and employee engagement
