* 4+ years of professional experience with C#/.NET or .NET Core development.
 * Experience developing desktop applications, class libraries, or client-side plugins.
 * Strong experience with SQLite and/or SQL Server Express.
 * Experience designing lightweight relational database schemas and writing efficient SQL queries.
 * Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or other AMQP-based messaging systems.
 * Strong understanding of: Multithreading, Local concurrency, Offline-first application design, Data synchronization, Event-driven architectures
