A positive attitude and attention to detail will ensure complete customer satisfaction., We're looking for a proactive technology professional who enjoys building, maintaining, and improving enterprise infrastructure while supporting a growing organization. * Strong understanding of Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and storage. * Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN connectivity. * Experience supporting AWS or other cloud platforms in hybrid environments. * Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills; Python experience is preferred. * Familiarity with Kubernetes or container-based platforms. * Experience monitoring system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery. * Ability to identify recurring infrastructure issues and recommend long-term improvements. * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability and willingness to work onsite at our Addison, IL headquarters five days per week. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. * Knowledge of ERP systems and application integrations is preferred. * Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform is preferred., * 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in a midsize or enterprise environment. * Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure. * Experience designing and implementing IT infrastructure for new and existing warehouse locations. * Experience working in hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environments, including cloud migrations. * Experience supporting enterprise systems across multiple locations. * High School Diploma or GED required. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
