Strongly Preferred * DAWIA or equivalent contracting/acquisition certification. * Direct NSWC Crane or defense acquisition-workforce experience. * Program-support experience on R&D or T&E efforts; familiarity with hypersonics, missile defense, or the missile enterprise mission area. ## Description Iron Will Ventures is a cleared defense small business supporting the nation's highest-priority hypersonic flight test, missile defense, and launch operations missions. We deliver practitioner-grade technical, program, and acquisition support to DoW customers across the enterprise - including TRMC, MDA, JHTO, and the missile enterprise community., We are hiring a Program Acquisition Manager to support the Program Manager on our missile enterprise program - Missile Enterprise IPT and Weapon System Update (WSU) support out of Crane, IN - by owning the acquisition and business-execution side of the program. You are the person who keeps the program on contract. Working directly for the PM, you will serve as a trusted advisor to government leadership, providing insight into cost, budget and programmatic decisions - so the PM can stay focused on mission and customer. This is a hands-on execution role on a single high-priority program, with room to grow as IWV scales.
