This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys building products, writing production code, and leading engineering organizations from the ground up. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with deep technical expertise and is comfortable spending significant time "on the keyboard" while also defining technical vision, mentoring engineers, and building high-performing teams. You'll play a key role in shaping our technology roadmap, architecture, engineering culture, and AI strategy. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced CTO or a senior engineering leader with the technical maturity and leadership capability to grow into an executive technology role., * Bilingual English + Spanish. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Extensive software engineering experience with a strong history of hands-on development. * Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams while remaining an active individual contributor. * Experience building Greenfield applications, platforms, or products. * Strong architectural design and system engineering experience. * Proven expertise developing cloud-native applications. * Experience building scalable distributed systems and modern APIs. * Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and software delivery. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to balance strategic leadership with tactical execution.
