## About the Role

* Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical role.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, networking, and software issues.
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
 * Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
 * High school diploma or GED required.
 * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required.

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM OverviewAction Group Staffing is seeking a dependable and knowledgeable Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for employees and maintain the day-to-day operation of computer systems, networks, and office technology. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and helping users stay productive in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

 * Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, phones, and other office equipment.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network connectivity issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, applications, and user accounts.
 * Set up computers and equipment for new employees.
 * Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and system backups.
 * Coordinate with third-party IT vendors when advanced support is needed.
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
 * Assist with cybersecurity best practices, password resets, and user access management.
 * Document support requests and resolutions.
 * Support production and office staff with timely technical assistance to minimize downtime. IT support roles commonly include user support, hardware/software setup, troubleshooting, account management, and routine system maintenance.
