## About the Role

* 3-jährige Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker/in mit der Fachrichtung Systemintegration oder Anwendungsentwicklung entsprechend deiner Präferenzen
 * Duale Berufsausbildung (Praxis und Berufsschule im Blockunterricht)
 * Ausbildung in allen relevanten Bereichen entsprechend deiner Fachrichtung (z. B. Programmierung, Inbetriebnahmen, Kundenberatung, 1 st/ 2 nd Level Support)
 * Auch als Quereinsteiger bist du bei uns willkommen, Mit einem erfolgreichen Realschulabschluss (oder vergleichbar) bist du bereit für deine berufliche Zukunft und möchtest voll durchstarten. Dir macht es Freude dazuzulernen und neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen. Mit deinem freundlichen und positiven Wesen sowie ersten Erfahrungen in der IT Welt (z. B. schulische Schwerpunkte, Praktika, eigene Projekte) hast du bereits erste IT Kenntnisse gesammelt. Dir ist es wichtig alle technischen Hintergründe wirklich voll zu verstehen. Der Umgang mit unseren Kunden und Partnern macht dir Spaß. Zu deinen Stärken gehören Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität sowie ein hohes Engagement
