## Description

* Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen sowie deren Integration in bestehende Netzwerke.
 * Administration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten sowie Netzwerk- und Serversystemen.
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im IT-Betrieb (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support).
 * Unterstützung bei der IT-Sicherheit und der Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen, wie Systemanleitungen und Netzplänen.
 * Beratung und Schulung von Anwendern in IT-Fragen.
 * Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten, wie Rollouts, Migrationen und Systemoptimierungen.
