 * Gute Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen, insbesondere Service Operations; Cisco-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die technische Betriebsverantwortung für Netzwerk-Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt Wide Area Network Connectivity. Der Fokus liegt auf stabilem Betrieb, Provider-Steuerung, ITIL-basierten Prozessen, Störungsanalyse und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkservices., * Verantwortung für den stabilen und qualitativ hochwertigen Betrieb der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur nach ITIL

 * Steuerung externer IT-Service-Provider anhand definierter KPIs und SLAs
 * Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams bei Projekten und Einführung neuer Netzwerk-Lösungen
 * Planung, Kontrolle und Weiterentwicklung der Kosten- und Service-Strukturen
 * Technische Unterstützung bei Root-Cause-Analysen und Störungen
 * Management administrativer Zugänge und Berechtigungen im Verantwortungsbereich, * Verlässliche Betreuung vor und während des Projekteinsatzes
 * Erfahrung mit anspruchsvollen technischen Rollen im Aerospace- und High-Tech-Umfeld
 * Direkte Kundennähe und klare Kommunikation im Projektumfeld
