## Description

* Verwaltung, Wartung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Speicherlösungen).
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software sowie deren Updates und Patches.
 * Monitoring und Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit, Analyse und Behebung von Störungen.
 * Betreuung und Administration von Windows- und Linux-Servern, Active Directory, Exchange und Virtualisierungsumgebungen (z.B. VMware, Hyper-V).
 * Sicherstellung von Datensicherung und Backup-Prozessen sowie IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.
 * Technischer Support und Fehlerbehebung für Mitarbeiter (Second- und Third-Level-Support).
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und IT-Prozessen.
