* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, IT-Systemelektronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows- und MacOS-Betriebssysteme sowie der gängigen Microsoft Office 365-Produkte.
 * Erfahrung im Bereich Hardware- und Software-Support sowie Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, WLAN, VPN).
 * Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Active Directory und der Benutzerverwaltung.
 * Serviceorientierung, freundliches Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
 * Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit.
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Bereitstellung von IT-Support vor Ort für alle Hardware- und Softwareprobleme der Endnutzer.
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von PCs, Laptops, Druckern, Telefonanlagen und anderer Peripheriegeräte.
 * Troubleshooting und Störungsbehebung von Hardware- und Softwarefehlern sowie IT-Infrastrukturproblemen.
 * Durchführung von Updates und Systemupgrades sowie Verwaltung von Patch-Installationen.
 * Anwenderunterstützung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Windows, MacOS, und mobile Geräte.
 * Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Support-Anfragen im Ticketsystem.
 * Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern bei der Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme.
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Pflege von Netzwerken und der IT-Infrastruktur am Standort.
