## Description

* Erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Kunden bei IT-bezogenen Anfragen und Störungen.
 * Entgegennahme, Analyse und Lösung von IT-Problemen im 1st und 2nd Level Support, insbesondere in den Bereichen Hardware, Software, und Netzwerk.
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, inklusive Peripheriegeräten.
 * Dokumentation von Support-Fällen in einem Ticket-System sowie Weiterleitung komplexer Störungen an den 3rd Level Support.
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Mitarbeit bei Optimierungen der IT-Prozesse.
 * Durchführung von Schulungen und Einweisungen der Anwender zu IT-Systemen und -Anwendungen.
