* Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable qualification
 * Strong understanding of Sales, Engineering or Service processes in an industrial or B2B environment
 * Experience with ERP (IFS preferred) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
 * Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
 * Excellent communication and facilitation skills
 * Very good English skills

* IT Inhouse Consulting for Sales, Engineering, and Service
 * Optimization of business processes and system capabilities
 * Project management and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Process ownership and consulting for internal stakeholders
 * Incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
 * Support for testing, releases, and system quality assurance
 * Vendor and stakeholder management, including coordination of external service providers
 * Facilitation of workshops, user training, and documentation
