 * Sicherstellung einer rechtskonformen Zeitwirtschaft unter Berücksichtigung des deutschen Arbeitszeitgesetzes sowie der Integration in die Entgeltabrechnung
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zwischen SAP HCM und angebundenen HR-/Non-HR-Systemen (z. B. Active Directory, JIRA, eFile)
 * Analyse, Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines stabilen und reibungslosen Schnittstellenbetriebs
 * Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von SAP-HCM-Prozessen und Systemlösungen im HR-Umfeld
