* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerke).
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwarelösungen.
 * Überwachung der IT-Systeme und Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs.
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei IT-Störungen sowie Durchführung von Updates und Patches.
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory, IAM-Systeme).
 * Betreuung der Datensicherung und Wiederherstellung von Daten (Backup/Recovery).
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Umsetzung neuer IT-Lösungen.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Anleitung der Anwender bei technischen Fragen.
