 * Vertrautheit mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban.
 * Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
 * Führungserfahrung sowie eine hohe Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Digitalisierungsprojekten im Bereich Smart Factory.
 * Entwicklung und Einführung von Industrie-4.0-Lösungen zur Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung.
 * Analyse und Bewertung bestehender IT-Systeme und Produktionsprozesse.
 * Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen IT, Produktion und externen Partnern.
 * Leitung von interdisziplinären Projektteams und Steuerung der Projektressourcen.
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektzielen, Budgets und Zeitplänen.
 * Definition und Einführung neuer Technologien und Standards im Produktionsumfeld.
 * Überwachung der Systemintegration und Sicherstellung der IT-Security in der Fertigung.
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Präsentationen und Berichten für die Geschäftsführung.
