## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der ECM-Systeme (z. B. Doxis, OpenText, ELO, etc.)
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich Dokumentenmanagement
 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und Durchführung von Updates & Patches
 * Anwender-Support sowie Schulung und Beratung interner Fachabteilungen
 * Koordination von externen Dienstleistern und Schnittstellenmanagement
 * Umsetzung von Compliance- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien im ECM-Umfeld
