Schedule

Full-time position; Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed

You are a master of both people and processes, turning complex organizational needs into streamlined digital realities., + The captain: Lead and mentor the Planning and Systems staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

 + The Project Pilot: Own the Project Management lifecycle, working cross-departmentally to ensure every tech initiative finishes on time and on target.

 + The Gatekeeper: Manage the high-stakes world of vendor approvals, risk assessment, and change control-ensuring every update is a step forward, not a step back.

 + The Security Sentinel: Oversee weekly/monthly information security reviews and lead the charge in responding to security incidents with precision.

 + The Architect of Knowledge: Maintain the "Source of Truth" by documenting vital system and process changes in the IT Department Handbook.
