Preferred * Cloud platform integration and use such as AWS, Azure, GCP. * Networking concepts and implementations such as TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, routing, REST APIs. * Web development experience using JavaScript, HTML, React, and web platforms. * Experience developing and implementing architectures for variety of customers: DoW (national defense), NASA (civil space), and commercial customers. * Experience with security and cybersecurity concepts, vetting, and implementation in flight software and supporting systems. * Knowledge of aerospace concepts including basic orbital mechanics, sources of perturbations, and payload interactions with spacecraft attitude and environment. ## Description Arcfield Overview: Orion, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arcfield, was born from the vision to apply fundamental space physics knowledge to real-world problems. Responsibilities, We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead the development, integration, and maintenance of complex ground and space payloads for the engineering teams at Orion Space Solutions. The successful candidate will partner with hardware engineers, program leads, scientists, and other participating team members to deliver reliable, high-performance applications for multiple programs. Key Responsibilities * Develop complex applications and algorithms for containerized, embedded, web, and desktop systems, utilizing the latest software architectures as a Fullstack software developer. Design applications and products which perform scientific processing for spacecraft, ground sensor, and testing/tooling/calibration applications. * Maintain code and configuration management, and uphold CI/CD pipeline best practices for build, test, and deployment of software/applications. * Participate in technical design reviews, code inspections, and integration tests with hardware and software, analyzing and building code for efficiency, stability, and scalability. * Support qualification and certification activities for production software, preparing necessary documentation and evidence for training, reviews, and audits. * Deliver excellent written and verbal communication; convey complex technical concepts to multidisciplinary audiences. * Deliver applications / documentation / software products balancing technical excellence with cost and schedule targets. * Monitor and report software trends and assess third-party and open-source software for use in applications. * Support proposal writing, creating demo software, and technical information for new business opportunities. ## Related Videos - [Robots are coming into the wild!
