They are seeking a IT Systems Engineer to join their Infrastructure team and help support a modern enterprise environment spanning on-premises data centers and hybrid cloud technologies., Position Summary The Mid-Level IT Systems Engineer will support the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of core systems while participating in infrastructure modernization projects, technology upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and operational support. Success in this role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to continually learn new technologies. Responsibilities * Administer and maintain enterprise server, virtualization, and infrastructure platforms. * Support VMware vSphere, ESXi, and virtual server environments. * Manage Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure including: * Active Directory * Group Policy * DNS * MECM (Configuration Manager) * SCOM * Support Cisco UCS, HyperFlex, or comparable converged infrastructure solutions. * Maintain enterprise backup, replication, and disaster recovery technologies. * Assist with Microsoft Azure administration and hybrid cloud services. * Support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments. * Perform server patching, upgrades, system maintenance, and lifecycle management. * Monitor infrastructure health and proactively identify performance or availability issues. * Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis. * Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects. * Work closely with Networking, Security, Applications, and Global Infrastructure teams. * Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures. * Support disaster recovery exercises and business continuity initiatives. * Coordinate with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues. * Participate in an on-call rotation supporting enterprise production systems. ## Related Videos - [Your next 10x engineer isn't in your city.
