Portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction design, systems thinking, workflow design, and problem-solving for complex products * Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, Principle, etc.) * Deep familiarity with AI-powered products and emerging interaction patterns for LLM-driven interfaces. * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale across disciplines. * Comfort operating in fast-paced environments and driving high-quality work under rapid iteration cycles. * Comfortable with rapid iteration in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment * Bonus: experience in service design, design research, information architecture, or systems modeling. * Background in IT operations, ITSM, DevOps, or complex enterprise domains is a plus. ## Description You will lead the design of an entirely new category of enterprise software-one where workflows are co-created with AI, interfaces adapt intelligently, and complex IT operations become intuitive, explorable, and automated. We're looking for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of UX and is excited to define what "good" looks like for AI-native enterprise UX in a world where traditional patterns are being rewritten.
