* 5+ years of relevant experience
 * CSSLP certification or Bachelors in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Software Engineering is required
 * Must be a US Citizen
 * Proficiency and experienced in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming languages
 * Expertise with Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS) development
 * Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Environments
 * Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Libraries
 * Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle HRMS applications
 * Proficient in SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, and TOAD

Oracle Developer Desired Qualifications

 * Experience with AirForce
 * Experience with DOD/Government

Required Clearances and Screenings

 * MUST be able to pass a US Government background check

## Description

* Uses software development technologies and tools to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems.
 * May require interaction with customers, vendors, and external development partners.
 * Participates in large system and subsystem planning.
 * Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
 * Develops technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers.
 * Provides technical leadership to lower-level developers.
