Skills and Abilities · Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and network issues. · Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. · Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel. · Document systems, procedures, and standards. · Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions. · Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades with minimal downtime. · Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. · Work effectively in a manufacturing environment where production uptime is critical., · Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. · Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible systems and network administration experience. · Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity technologies. Preferred Certifications · Microsoft certification · VMware certification · Cisco or Meraki networking certification · CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ · ITIL Foundation (preferred) ## Description The Systems & Network Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of the organization's information technology infrastructure. This position manages servers, virtualization platforms, network infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, backup and disaster recovery solutions, cloud services, identity management, and enterprise applications to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient business operations. Working closely with the IT Manager and other IT staff, the Systems & Network Administrator installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and supports enterprise hardware and software while maintaining compliance with corporate policies, customer cybersecurity requirements, and applicable industry standards.
