* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science preferred
 * 3-5+ years of experience
 * Experience with owing data architecture and long-term data roadmap
 * Architect and manage cloud data platforms (SnowFlake, AWS, Azure or equivalent technologies)
 * Lead system integration strategy across ERP, CRM, Project management, estimating, HR, Payroll etc..
 * Define AI strategy and identify uses for systems
 * Implement AI copilots and establish governance for AI security
 * Experience with AWS, SQL, Power BI, Claude, ChatGPT
