## About the Role

* 3-7+ years of infrastructure engineering or systems engineering experience.
 * Hands-on experience with:
 * VMware vSphere / ESXi
 * Pure Storage
 * Veeam Backup & Replication
 * Google Workspace Administration
 * AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, or related services)
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across enterprise infrastructure technologies.
 * Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work onsite in Chattanooga, TN.

Preferred Qualifications

 * VMware, AWS, Veeam, or storage-related certifications.
 * Experience supporting public sector or government environments.
 * Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP., We're seeking a technically strong, proactive Infrastructure Engineer who can work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and helping maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing enterprise systems.

## Description

* Administer and support VMware virtual infrastructure.
 * Manage and maintain Pure Storage environments.
 * Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Veeam Backup & Replication solutions.
 * Support and administer Google Workspace environments.
 * Assist with AWS infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives.
 * Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
 * Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure.
 * Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and ongoing optimization efforts.
 * Document system configurations, procedures, and technical changes.
