You will set and achieve ambitious strategic goals, inspire and motivate high-performing teams, and foster an environment focused on continuous improvement, exceptional delivery, and operational excellence. Role Expectations Lead and manage the Bleacher Report Sports experience across Web, iOS, Android, and platform services, driving seamless performance and continuous innovation. Cultivate a culture of strong engineering ownership while building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders to align organizational goals. Provide hands-on, player-coach leadership-guiding design, architecture, engineering planning, feature delivery, and operational excellence-while developing and growing a high-performing team of leaders, managers, and individual contributors to support the global platform's scaling needs. Champion operational excellence by defining key metrics, establishing alerting and incident management processes that ensure system resilience and adaptability.
