## Description

American PCS is hiring two IT Support Engineers - one based in Tecumseh, NE and one in Auburn, NE. Each role supports a different American PCS partner.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and becoming a trusted on-site IT resource. You'll work independently day to day, with the support of the broader American PCS engineering team behind you.

What You'll Do

 * Provide on-site IT support for end users
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
 * Set up and maintain workstations, printers, and user accounts
 * Support Windows environments and assist with basic server/admin tasks
 * Coordinate with the American PCS team for escalations and projects
 * Build strong, professional relationships with users and leadership, We work alongside our clients as an extension of their team - supporting day-to-day needs while helping them plan ahead.
