* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 * 5-9 years of hands-on software development experience.
 * Strong expertise in:

 * Java (17 or higher)
 * Spring Boot
 * Microservices Architecture
 * REST APIs
 * Experience developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
 * Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or comparable Kubernetes platforms.
 * Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
 * Experience with Angular (preferred) or React.
 * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
