This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. ## Description We are seeking an IT Program Manager to join our TekSynap Defense team., Direct all facets of contractor support in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), to include planning, staffing, coordination, integration, and oversight to achieve schedule and performance goals. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks and project-related activities. Monitor and address project risks, validate assumptions, and resolve team or interpersonal challenges to maintain productivity. Provide leadership to ensure program and project objectives are met, guiding the team across all assigned responsibilities. Participate in strategic decision-making, offering insights and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.
