Technical Analyst Must-Have Qualifications * 3-5+ years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst experience * Recent financial services experience (retirement plan recordkeeping strongly preferred) * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed technical requirements and user stories * Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work directly with business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams * Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting * Process mapping experience using Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar tools * Agile/Scrum experience utilizing Jira and Confluence
