5+ years of QA/testing experience, with demonstrated hands-on testing in Workday HCM. Experience executing testing across multiple Workday modules (not limited to Core HCM). Proven ability to operate as a hands-on Test Lead, not just a coordinator. Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration dependencies, and integration touchpoints. Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, regression suites, and test evidence. Experience using Digital.ai (or similar tools) for intake, tracking, and managing testing work.
