You'll be the first line of defense when a customer hits a wall - troubleshooting connector issues, answering configuration questions, assisting in deplpyments and helping partners and end users actually get value out of the product instead of giving up on it. This isn't a script-reading, close-the-ticket-fast support job. Our customers are finance, IT, and operations people at real companies who rely on Popdock to get accurate numbers out of their ERP and other systems When something breaks, it matters to them. You'll need to actually understand the product, not just follow a flowchart. What you'll do * Troubleshoot Popdock and PopdockAI issues across data connectors, reports, and integrations with Dynamics GP, Business Central, F&O, Netsuite, Sage Intacct and 150 other supported systems * Own tickets from intake to resolution - including the ones that require actual investigation, not just a canned answer * Work directly with customers and reseller partners to understand what they're trying to do, not just what they're asking for * Document recurring issues and feed patterns back to product and engineering * Help build out our support knowledge base as PopdockAI (our newer AI/MCP governance product) grows ## Related Videos - [Fault Tolerance and Consistency at Scale: Harnessing the Power of Distributed SQL Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1146-fault-tolerance-and-consistency-at-scale-harnessing-the-power-of-distributed-sql-databases) - [Building an agentic software factory: How we rebuilt product development at Pipedrive](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100261-building-an-agentic-software-factory-how-we-rebuilt-product-development-at-pipedrive) - [Fault Tolerance and Consistency at Scale: Harnessing the Power of Distributed SQL Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1520-fault-tolerance-and-consistency-at-scale-harnessing-the-power-of-distributed-sql-databases) - [API, MCP or MCP App?
