Technical Knowledge Expected Candidates should be comfortable discussing and troubleshooting topics such as: * Proxmox cluster architecture * Corosync quorum * High Availability (HA) design * Ceph networking * Linux networking (LACP, VLANs, bridges) * MTU troubleshooting * SAN connectivity * Multipath storage * UEFI vs. SeaBIOS * Linux command-line utilities * Shell scripting fundamentals ## Description We are seeking a Linux Systems Engineer with experience in Proxmox Virtual Environment (PVE) and Ceph to join our technical support and infrastructure team. In this role, you will provide installation assistance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and technical support using established best practices, advanced support tools, and AI-assisted workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Linux and open source environments, diagnosing complex infrastructure issues, and communicating effectively with customers while maintaining a strong focus on problem resolution.
