Preferred: * Hardware experience: computer setup, computer assembly from parts. * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management tools. * Exposure to SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and vulnerability management tools. Work Environment & Benefits * Full-time, on-site with some hybrid work. ## Description We are seeking a versatile IT Generalist to provide frontline technical support while contributing to our client's cybersecurity posture. This role blends hands-on help desk responsibilities with proactive security monitoring and analysis, making it ideal for a well-rounded IT professional who thrives in a dynamic environment., Help Desk Support (80%) * Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support requests via a ticketing system. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. * Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other core systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Teller Systems, and more. * Document support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve service efficiency. * Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT tools, best practices, and security awareness.
