## Description

A strategic product leader responsible for transforming the Talent & Learning ecosystem into a skills-driven, AI-enabled platform that enhances employee growth, internal mobility, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities

 * Product Vision & Strategy

 * Define and drive the Talent & Learning product strategy

 * Build roadmap aligned to skills-based organization, career development, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline

 * Domain Leadership

 * Bring deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, learning management, and learning experience platforms

 * Guide HR to shift from process-driven to skills-driven models

 * Experience Design

 * Design end-to-end employee journeys for career growth, learning pathways, and performance cycles

 * Focus on consumer-grade employee experiences

 * Solutioning & Delivery

 * Partner with solution engineers to configure scalable Workday Talent & Learning solutions

 * Integrate with external learning ecosystems and skills platforms

 * Lead prototyping and iterative solution design

 * AI & Innovation

 * Drive AI-powered skill inference, recommendations, and personalized learning journeys

 * Enable talent insights and workforce planning inputs

 * Execution

 * Own backlog, prioritization, and sprint outcomes

 * Drive adoption and continuous improvement

Ability to work with HR stakeholders, solution engineers, and offshore/onshore teams to drive product strategy, solution delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement for Workday Talent & Learning.
