## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience with surveying equipment, GNSS technology, machine control systems, and construction software., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience (preferred).

 * Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction technology, surveying, geospatial technology, machine control, or a related industry.
 * Experience providing technical support for hardware and software products.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Experience delivering technical training to customers or internal teams.
 * Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and support ticketing systems.
 * Ability to travel as required.

## Description

* Provide technical support to internal teams, dealers, and customers for hardware and software products.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Topcon, MAGNET, GNSS, total stations, and machine control systems.
 * Deliver technical product training for customers, partners, and internal employees.
 * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support ticketing systems.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical procedures.
 * Manage software licensing and customer subscriptions, including Topcon TotalCare, TopNET, Tierra, MAGNET, SiteLink, and related services.
 * Collaborate with field teams to resolve technical issues and communicate product updates and best practices.
 * Recommend improvements to customer support processes and technical documentation.
 * Prepare technical reports and maintain knowledge base documentation.
 * Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional technical support and service.
 * Attend manufacturer training programs to stay current on new products and technologies.
 * Travel to customer locations as required to provide onsite support and product training.
