This role will partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, manage delivery, and ensure successful adoption of data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Business Analysis * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI, analytics, BI, and data product opportunities. * Define business problems, user needs, KPIs, success metrics, and expected business value. * Develop and support business cases for analytics and AI initiatives. * Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness. Product Ownership * Serve as the Product Owner for approved AI and analytics solutions. * Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Manage and prioritize the product backlog. * Work closely with IT, data engineering, analytics, and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle. * Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones. * Ensure solutions meet business objectives and are delivered on schedule. Requirements & Testing * Lead workshops with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements. * Define KPIs, reporting requirements, business rules, workflows, and AI outputs. * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and quality standards. Adoption & Continuous Improvement * Support deployment and adoption of AI and analytics products across business teams. * Develop training materials, user documentation, and adoption plans. * Monitor product usage, user feedback, and business outcomes. * Identify opportunities to enhance and scale successful solutions.
