Excellent oral and written communication skills required. ## Description The Clinical Systems Analyst (CSA) builds, tests, implements, and supports the EHR, including release upgrades, system optimizations, and process improvement activities. This position provides support for new initiatives and maintains systems to enhance patient care, increase operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. The Clinical Systems Analyst participates in work groups to identify and employ technical and application initiatives for best practices and enhanced healthcare operations in alignment with organizational objectives, works collaboratively with organizational teams, committees, and groups, and provides hands-on training as needed.
