Mobility: Ability to provide full-time, on-site support at one of our designated program locations., Enterprise Platform Expertise: 3–5 years of experience with enterprise platform administration, configuration, and platform maintenance (specifically focused on ServiceNow). Platform Modules: Direct familiarity with core enterprise modules such as ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping), workflows, business rules, custom applications, and platform scripting. Troubleshooting: Strong ability to perform code analysis, debug complex technical issues, identify system deficiencies, and recommend architectural solutions. Frameworks & Best Practices: Foundational knowledge of ITIL processes or ITIL Certification. Cloud Infrastructure: Associate or Professional level cloud certifications (e.g., AWS). In this role, you will collaborate within an Agile Scrum environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure enterprise software solutions. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, developing automated test suites for enterprise workflow platforms, and mentoring junior team members. Primary Responsibilities Agile Quality Assurance: Partner with cross-functional development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery utilizing Agile Scrum best practices. Requirement Analysis: Analyze functional and capability requirements, collaborating closely with Tech Leads and Test Managers to ensure verifiable, testable implementations. Test Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated test suites utilizing native enterprise platform automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow Automation Test Framework). Sprint Support: Assist in identifying testable acceptance criteria within user stories, test active sprint capabilities, and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews. Comprehensive Testing Execution: Perform thorough regression testing, operational test scenarios, end-to-end system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) data preparation. Reporting & Tracking: Document test results, system anomalies, and configuration changes in detailed test summary reports. Use Jira to manage testing lifecycles, updates, and defect tracking. Traceability & Configuration: Maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices (RVTM) and support software configuration management processes across system interfaces.
