This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong data analysis, Excel, and ERP experience who enjoy improving data quality and working on high-impact projects., * Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. * 2+ years of experience in data cleansing, data migration, master data management, or a related analytical role. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: + Pivot Tables + XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP + Power Query + Filtering and data analysis * Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or system conversions. * Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP, Oracle, Visual, EPDM, or similar platforms. * Manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain experience. * Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory management, supplier records, item masters, and production data. * Understanding of data governance and master data management best practices.
