This includes ensuring that technology supports the organization's business objectives, drives innovation, and enhances operational efficiency. This leadership role is integral to shaping the organization's technology vision, strategy, and culture., * Develop and implement the IT strategy to align with the organization's business goals. * Partner with senior leadership to define the company's technology vision and roadmap to support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, commercial and corporate functions * Oversee the IT Operations Manager to ensure compliance with SLAs and attainment of helpdesk-related KPIs * Develop end user policies to safeguard the company and ensure appropriate use of IT systems by all employees * Act as a liaison between IT and other business units to understand their needs and provide technological solutions * Approve, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio related to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems. Review hardware and software acquisitions and maintenance contracts.
