* High School Diploma or equivalent.
 * State or Government IT support experience is required.
 * 0-2 years of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
 * Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
 * Must be able to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL., * Do you have experience providing IT support in a State or Government agency? If yes, please specify in which project on your resume.

## Description

We are hiring a Customer Support Technician to provide onsite and remote IT support in a State/Government environment. This role supports desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Office 365, and Windows systems while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide Tier 1 onsite and remote IT support.

 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
 * Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
 * Manage user accounts using Active Directory.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
 * Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other conferencing tools.
 * Maintain IT assets and documentation.
 * Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
 * Travel to nearby locations as needed.
