* 2+ years of IT support or technical operations experience
 * Experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems
 * Basic Linux experience or a strong desire to learn

## Description

This is an in-office, hands-on role where no two days are exactly alike. You'll work across technical support, software testing, server configuration, hardware deployment, shipping, procurement, and customer operations. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new technology, and taking ownership of your work, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while building your technical career.

What You'll Do

 * Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
 * Test software releases and document results before deployment
 * Configure and stage servers and hardware for customer installations
 * Prepare systems for deployment and verify quality before shipment
 * Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and procurement
 * Document work accurately and maintain organized records
 * Identify issues proactively and drive tasks through completion
 * Work closely with our development team
