 * Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps, Redis, Varnish, and Agile.
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance., * Federal Drupal modernization experience.
 * Acquia or cloud-hosted Drupal experience.
 * Acquia Drupal certification.
 * Experience leading technical teams.

## Description

Provides technical leadership for Drupal 9/10+ development, custom modules, theming, DevSecOps, performance optimization, accessibility, and secure Federal web platform delivery., * Lead Drupal architecture and platform implementation.

 * Oversee custom modules, theming, APIs, and integrations.
 * Establish coding standards and development best practices.
 * Manage Composer and Configuration Management workflows.
 * Optimize performance with Redis, Varnish, and caching.
 * Support CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and DevOps.
 * Ensure WCAG, Section 508, USWDS, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance.
 * Maintain Drupal security patching and configuration hardening.
 * Mentor developers and support Agile delivery.
