* 3-7 years of SAP functional consulting experience.
 * 3+ years of hands-on SAP FICA experience.
 * 2+ years of experience working with SAP BRF+ business rules and workflow configurations.

Required Qualifications

 * Proven experience supporting enterprise SAP implementations or transformation programs.
 * Strong understanding of SAP FICA processes including:

 * Customer financial management.
 * Payments and collections.
 * Dunning and correspondence.
 * Account determination.
 * Financial postings and reconciliation.

 * Experience designing and managing:

 * BRF+ decision tables.
 * Rulesets.
 * Expressions.
 * Validation logic.
 * Workflow integrations.

 * Experience writing:

 * Functional specifications.
 * Configuration documents.
 * Test scripts and business process documentation.

 * Familiarity with:

 * SAP BRIM.
 * SAP S/4HANA.
 * SAP integration concepts.
 * APIs and middleware solutions.

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
 * Strong business process analysis capabilities.
 * Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
 * Strong organizational and documentation skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality., * Experience in utilities, telecommunications, transportation, finance, or subscription-based industries.
 * Experience with SAP BRIM environments and integrated billing processes.
 * Experience supporting Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
 * Prior consulting or contractor experience in enterprise SAP environments.

Required Certifications

 * Preferred certifications include one or more of the following:

 * SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
 * SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting.
 * SAP BRIM-related certifications preferred.
 * SAP Business Process Integration certification is preferred.
 * SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.

Education

 * Bachelor's degree in:

 * Information Systems.
 * Computer Science.
 * Accounting.
 * Finance.
 * Business Administration.
 * Related discipline.

 * Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
