## About the Role

* Associate's degree in Information Technology or 3-5 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
 * Strong experience troubleshooting computer hardware beyond imaging and deployment.
 * Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and desktop hardware support.
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems.
 * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation.

Preferred Qualifications

 * CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+), A+, Network+, Server+, Cloud+, or Mobility+ certifications.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at a manufacturing facility in Canton, NY. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and end-user computing issues while ensuring timely resolution of IT service requests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong technical knowledge, and participation in an on-call support rotation., * Provide onsite and remote desktop support for end users.

 * Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, hardware, printers, and peripherals.
 * Administer Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
 * Support VPN, Citrix, cloud applications, and remote connectivity.
 * Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, conference room equipment, and IP phones.
 * Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
 * Perform device imaging, software installations, asset management, and equipment deployments.
 * Collaborate with IT teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver excellent customer support.
